Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein.
Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services via 285win or any connected operator are not eligible to register a new Account for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information required. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate.
285win may require you to provide identity verification documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary for AML compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 285win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
285win reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity or in a manner that may harm other users or the integrity of the Platform.
The payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. 285win references familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for players familiar with those services. Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may change without prior notice. 285win reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion.
To make a withdrawal, your Account must have completed the required KYC verification process and any applicable wagering requirements must have been met. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as set out in the cashier.
Accounts may be operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is available in the cashier. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your chosen payment method are your sole responsibility.
An Account is deemed dormant after a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant Account Balances in accordance with the operator's published schedule, subject to advance notice to the Account holder.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional rewards offered by 285win are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term prevails in relation to that offer only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit are specified in each offer's dedicated terms. For illustrative context: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Actual figures are specified per offer.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting using the Platform's own promotions, use of automated staking systems to satisfy wagering requirements in a low-risk manner, or coordinating with other users — constitutes a material breach. 285win reserves the right to void bonus funds, confiscate bonus-derived winnings and close the Account.
Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not activated or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
285win reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the relevant market has been suspended, where an error has occurred in the presentation of odds, or where the Platform reasonably suspects irregular wagering activity.
In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing — including any odds that are materially out of line with the true market price due to a technical fault or human error — 285win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and whether winnings have been provisionally credited.
Live betting markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events are subject to real-time market suspension. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event (where the delay in placement is not attributable to the Platform) may be voided. 285win's decision in such disputes is final.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live-dealer games, by physical outcomes in accordance with the applicable game rules. RTP figures displayed on this Platform are illustrative or provider-stated figures only. Actual returns during any individual session or period can and do vary significantly from the stated RTP.
All bets are settled in accordance with 285win's settlement rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. In the case of abandoned or postponed sporting events, settlement rules specific to each sport and market type apply.

285win provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data feed disruptions and factors outside our reasonable control may affect Platform availability.
285win makes no warranty, representation or guarantee as to any particular gambling outcome, result or return. No claim of "guaranteed winnings", "risk-free" betting or any similar representation made outside of these Terms is binding on 285win.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 285win's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of net real-money deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
285win may suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML concerns, regulatory direction, or where continuing to provide services to you would expose 285win to legal or financial risk.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 285win customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagers will be settled according to their outcome and available real-money Balances (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures and fees) will be returned via your verified payment method.
Upon Account closure or termination for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
285win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms, marked with its effective date at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.
